Dolphin Cove | 2BR Steps from the Beach w/ Hockey/Ping-pong/Pool Table

Our stay was pretty good, the home is spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed for cooking meals.

My husband and I and another couple stayed at Dolphin Cove prior to our Cruise Feb 2026. The location was great. We had a rental vehicle, so we could drive to the beach and restaurants nearby. The rental has everything you would need. The lanai has a small pool table and outside sitting area and it was great for an evening of fun! We were even able to wash a load of clothes before we left. We would definitely stay in this cozy 2 bedroom complex again prior to a cruise or if we were visiting the Cocoa Beach area.

Lovely home right near South Cocoa Beach, literally a 3 minute walk and you're at the ocean. We stayed for 2 nights but wish we had booked for a week. The host, Janet, was at out disposal throughout our stay with answers to any questions we had. She was very attentive, kind and accommodating.The home had easy parking right in front. There's two bedrooms and one bath, which was perfect for us. The kitchen had new appliances and the living area was very comfortable. Wifi worked well. The main reason for our trip wad to visit The Kennedy Space Center which was a short 30 min ride. So much to do in the area, we will be back and when we do we'll book with Janet.

Positive: Clean, comfortable, and livable! The place had every thing we needed. Beach is beautiful and right across the road. Negative: It is a little further from activities and places to eat than I originally thought, and spent more money on Uber than wanted.
